General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk9071 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk9071 online casino and sports betting platform available at tk9071.vip. By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager via the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through tk9071.vip, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, crash and arcade games, and any future product categories introduced to the Platform. Specific product categories may carry additional terms that supplement — but do not replace — these General Terms.

tk9071 operates as an international online gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. tk9071 makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of the Platform's services in any specific jurisdiction.

tk9071 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. The current version of the Terms will always be accessible at tk9071.vip/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The tk9071 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. It is not a guideline — it is a mandatory legal requirement that tk9071 enforces at the point of registration, during KYC verification, and throughout the account lifecycle.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all prospective and existing registered players:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting as an agent or proxy for a third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of tk9071 or any of its associated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tk9071 Platform under a self-exclusion agreement or as a result of a terms violation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your account tenure.

tk9071 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any registered player at any time. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tk9071, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on the tk9071 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. All information provided at registration must be current, accurate, and complete.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the tk9071 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• Players must register using their own personal details. Using another person's identity is strictly forbidden and may constitute fraud.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• Players must notify tk9071 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account at [email protected].
• tk9071 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details (email, phone number) remain up to date at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: tk9071 operates a KYC verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, tk9071 may require the player to submit identity documentation including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until documentation is received and approved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the tk9071 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk9071 does not impose foreign currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals by registered Bangladesh players:

• bKash — instant deposit credit; withdrawal processing within 1–3 hours
• Nagad — instant deposit credit; withdrawal processing within 1–3 hours
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — deposits credited promptly; withdrawals within 3 hours
• Upay — deposits credited promptly; withdrawals within 3 hours

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on the tk9071 Platform is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment account without deduction.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification and must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account. tk9071 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered player. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts under standard operating conditions, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional documentation requirements at tk9071's discretion.

tk9071 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own published fee schedules. Players are encouraged to review the applicable fee schedule of their chosen payment provider independently of tk9071.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

tk9071 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. The general provisions in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual bonus. Players who attempt to withdraw bonus balances before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• tk9071 reserves the right to decline a bonus request or revoke a bonus already credited if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a pattern of bonus-seeking behaviour.
• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms, including any minimum deposit requirements.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same general bonus terms unless specific free spin terms are published with the offer.
• Bonuses credited during BPL season, Eid, or other seasonal tk9071 promotions carry the same wagering obligations as standard bonuses unless the promotion page explicitly states a reduced wagering requirement.

tk9071 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by eligible players, provided that the applicable wagering requirements are being met in good faith.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using the tk9071 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable law. The following obligations are binding on all registered players from the moment of account creation.

You must:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times — both at registration and throughout your account tenure.
• Use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming and sports betting. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the Platform.
• Notify tk9071 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Participate in the KYC verification process promptly and provide all documentation requested within the specified timeframe.

You must not:

• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game, bet, or transaction on the Platform.
• Use software robots, automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a way that is not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's games or payment systems. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error are void and will be withheld.
• Attempt to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any other financial crime.
• Open multiple accounts or use another person's account, whether or not with their consent.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with tk9071's support staff or other platform users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Account Suspension & Closure

tk9071 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any registered player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or any conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
• tk9071 is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.

Voluntary Closure: Players may close their account at any time by contacting tk9071 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools available via their account settings or via the Responsible Gaming page.

Effect of Closure: Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or enforced — all pending bonus balances, incomplete wagering requirements, and any free spins not yet used are immediately forfeited. Only verified real-money balances held at the time of closure are eligible for return, subject to any outstanding investigation or legal hold.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk9071 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, tk9071 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from any interruption to Platform availability.
• Losses caused by technical faults, server downtime, network disruptions, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside tk9071's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that arise from demonstrable technical malfunctions. tk9071 reserves the right to void bets affected by such errors and restore affected accounts to their pre-error state.
• Any loss or damage arising from the player's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

The tk9071 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.

Governing Principles: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of international online gaming law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact tk9071 support in the first instance. tk9071 aims to resolve all disputes promptly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration principles.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk9071's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The limitations set out in this section apply regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
